Expatriate Medical Case Manager


Salary: Up to £40,000 depending upon experience.

Location: Esher, Surrey.

Healix International's expatriate team provide a medical advisory and case management service to British Government employees and their families based overseas.  Due to new business and our expanding workload, we have opportunities within Healix International for registered nurses to join us as Medical Case Managers.

The Role  Our Medical Case Managers, along with Assistance Co-ordinators, remotely coordinate medical requirements and care plans for individuals and their families posted overseas, to ensure we provide care to the highest standard.

Travel Insurance Account Manager


Salary: From £35,000 depending on experience

Location: Esher, Surrey

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Healix Insurance Services is a growing wholesale insurance intermediary regulated by the FCA providing flexible and competitive insurance products primarily to the travel insurance industry.  Partnering with major insurance companies, we adopt a high-level consultative approach to fully understand our clients’ needs before constructing a comprehensive product placement plan that compliments both the client and customer equally.  Commercial terms are constantly analysed and communicated and, once sourced, our implementation and review process results in effective engagement between seller and supplier.  Our client list reflects the diversity of an insurance marketplace dominated by a new breed of entrepreneurial business and includes the travel trade, affinity and financial service sector markets.

The Role - The Travel Insurance Account Manager will operate as a key link internally and externally, in order to maintain and develop existing client accounts and ensure service levels are maintained.  The job holder will work to ensure compliance, both with internal and external protocols and regulations, in order to support the team with the delivery of a range of bespoke travel insurance and ancillary product solutions to a diverse client base.

Support Services Coordinator


Salary: From £23,000 depending on experience

Location: Esher, Surrey

Healix Risk Rating is a limited business within the Healix Group of Companies. Its primary business is the development of medical risk assessment tools that uniquely provide the insurance industry with the ability to incorporate medical risk assessment into their own on-line and call centre policy sales processes.

The Healix Risk Rating team develop and sell web based tools that assess medical conditions in an automated way, called The Black Box. Their main market is travel insurance, where customers build the Black Box into their sales systems. The team work closely with their clients to provide them with advice about underwriting medical conditions and how this is sold to customers. 

The Role - The Support Services Coordinator will be responsible for taking calls from clients' own operational staff and resolving Black Box related queries to assist the sale of a travel insurance policy. The Support Services Coordinator will require a lot of knowledge relating to Black Box content and the medical risk/travel industry in order to provide accurate responses to client queries. Exceptional customer service skills are required to allow Healix Risk Rating to continue to provide a high quality service.

24/7 Assistance Coordinator(s)


Salary: Up to £28,500 depending on experience 

Location: Esher, Surrey

Healix International is one of the world’s leading providers of international medical, security and travel assistance services.  Every year, Healix is relied upon to ensure the welfare of over 2 million people on behalf of multi-national corporations, governments, non-governmental organisations and insurers, with service and communication being key to everything we do.  From our Esher office we provide the service 7 days per week between 8am and 10pm, outside of these hours the service is provided by our Esher based night staff with support from our teams in New Zealand and Singapore.

The Role

Due to new business, our expanding workload, and a change in our working practices we have new opportunities within Healix International for Assistance Coordinators.

The Assistance Coordinators work alongside our 24 hour assistance and medical teams, including doctors and nurses, as part of a fast paced and diverse team, the role requires the provision of a service responding to the needs of our international clients.  The Assistance Coordinators provide support and advice to policyholders, requiring assistance for medical and other emergency situations that may arise anywhere in the world, by managing their expectations whilst adhering to the terms of the policy and providing a gold standard customer service.  The Assistance Coordinator guides clients through the process in liaison with colleagues for medical cases this may include; assessing a patient’s condition and medical requirements, putting together a care plan and considering whether to use air ambulances or commercial flights with appropriately qualified and equipped medical escorts.

Healix Health Services Ltd is a healthcare company providing medical advisory and case management services within the UK. Due to new business and our expanding workload, we have opportunities within Healix Health Services for registered nurses to join us as Medical Case Managers.

The Role  Our Medical Case Managers remotely coordinate a number of corporate and insured healthcare schemes providing clients with:

  • Medical advice on current treatments and specific treatment plans.
  • Advice on medical services and treatments available in the UK and how to access these.
  • Case Management from initial consultation to discharge.
  • Access to management of Early Intervention Medical Schemes.
