Focus on staff engagement ranks Healix as a star employer

Best Companies 2010 LogoHealix Group is one of just 410 organisations that have achieved Star Status in the 2010 Best Companies Accreditation.  More than a thousand companies applied for the highly coveted recognition and Healix was awarded a First Class Star, setting it apart as one of the country's best employers.

Best Companies Accreditation awards an elite Michelin style star rating system for organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement. Based on staff feedback, organisations receive a Best Companies index score that determines their star rating. Healix achieved a First Class Star rating, illustrating its commitment to offering staff an engaging and rewarding place to work.

"This is the second time Healix has achieved Best Companies Accreditation", said Paul Beven, Director, Healix Group.   "This time round, Healix is one of only 220 organisations to gain one star status, which is testament to the quality of support we offer our staff.  We will continue to invest in our people as a central part of the growth, development and ongoing success of our business."

Jonathan Austin, Founder and CEO of Best Companies acknowledged Healix's success, saying: "We would like to congratulate Healix on its outstanding achievement. An engaged workforce is essential as organisations move out of the recession and into a more stable economic situation. No doubt many organisations have tackled redundancies and rapid change this year. But organisations like Healix, that have kept on engaging their staff and making sure they are involved in the business, will be in a good position for the future and should be congratulated for their efforts."
