Panasonic replaces traditional corporate PMI with a Healix healthcare trust

Panasonic is the latest employer to move away from traditional corporate PMI schemes and take advantage of the benefits offered by a healthcare trust with Healix.

With almost 1,300 lives insured across their three different sites in the UK, Panasonic look forward to saving money on the cost of their insurance premiums as well as enjoying increased flexibility and control over the benefits they provide to employees.

Richard Mills, Head of UK HR at Panasonic said, " The change will deliver cost savings to Panasonic against our traditional corporate PMI scheme, however the key benefit since moving to Healix has been the huge improvement in the quality of support across all aspects of the PMI process.  Our employees have commented on how impressed they have been, being able to speak to medical professionals on the help line from the start of the process.
